The Code of Conduct & Ethics outlines the fundamental ethical standards for all staff at Zerion Capitaledge LLC. The code is based on the following core principles of business and personal conduct:

• Honesty and transparency in all of Zerion Capitaledge LLC’s activities, ensuring compliance with both the spirit and letter of the law;
• Avoidance of conflicts of interest between personal and company interests, or even the appearance of such conflicts;
• Respect for confidentiality of information obtained during business activities; safeguarding the reputation of Zerion Capitaledge LLC and avoiding actions that could negatively affect the company;
• Integrity in the management of the company’s assets.

All staff members at Zerion Capitaledge LLC are required to adhere to the terms of the Code of Conduct & Ethics provided to them by the company. Any employee who violates any section of this Code is subject to disciplinary action, including potential termination of their employment contract.
